Intel Core 2 Quad Core Processor in Windows XP 32 Bit?

I recently installed an intel dual core proccessor on an Intel DX48BT2 board in my system. Windows XP Installed 32 bit Professional. It only shows up as a Pentium III Xeon under system information. Any ideas as to my next step on this?

Well, maybe you got ripped off When You Bought the processor. Maybe you Bought the wrong thing. If That Is Not The Case, Then You Do not Have to Worry About What is says under system information. the real thing is What You Have installed in the computer Itself, Not What system information says.
