I just bought a used Dell w / Windows Server 2003-need to reinstall?
Just bought a used Dell PowerEdge with Windows Server 2003 on it. It boots to the login fine, but do not know the password to continue. That's fine, I told the guy who bought me reinstall my own package 2003. Anyway, when I go into the installation process, I come to a point that says that Windows can not find the items and can not continue. I have 3 units configured in RAID 5, I have to delete the array to install Windows and then create a new dynamic disk in Windows? This seems ridiculous. My ultimate goal: clean install Windows 2003 and retain current RAID configuration – can be done? Thanks to all

Using Windows 2008 or RAID drivers slipstreamed installation disc in 2003. I never want to install? Just reset the password: pnordahl ~ http://home.eunet.no/ / Ntpasswd / But bootdisk.html the password reset may not function in the array (which may not see the RAID array without the appropriate drivers).
