My 175 dual Core Opteron and Asus A8N-E Deluxe motherboard dies in Bios after a few moments.?

It’s not overheating. Everything freezes up. I thought it was a power supply, so put a new one in. Same thing. put a new video card in. Same thing. It’s either memory, CPU damage or motherboard damage. Sometimes the lights don’t come on the USB keyboard. The CPU is at 30C when it locks up in the BIOS. Any suggestions? I realize it’s very old. Thank you very much!

Could be your keyboard or mouse. Try using a different keyboard. I’ve had conflicts with my keyboard and also with my mouse. They are USB and sometimes, don’t work, and keep my computer from working.
